A brief history of OCC...Founded in 1886, Overbury Cricket Club has long been an important part of village life in Overbury. It has seen many changes over the years and has come a long way since the early years with a pavilion resembling a cow shed, and a somewhat challenging wicket and outfield on which to play. More recently, big improvements have been made including the building of a new pavilion in 1997, addition of essential equipment such as covers plus in 2007 brand new practice facilities.
Youth cricket has been an important part of Overbury CC for nearly 20 years since the need to produce home-grown talent was recognised. We currently field teams that play in 3 different junior age categories within the Cotswold Hills League.
